Most people love their Chroma devices and Carbonshade glasses, but if for some reason our products are not a good fit for you, simply send back whatever item you don't like for a full refund. We're serious about customer support and understand that our devices are a lot more power dense than most anything else available.

We make our best effort to ship orders as quickly as possible! Most orders to the USA are delivered within 5 to 7 days of ordering.  International orders may take longer, and may be subject to import tax - we have no control over import tax, but always opt for shipping methods that reduce tax/fees where possible.
