Correct your light background signals.
Most homes run one flat white light from breakfast to bedtime, in every room, all year. This puts the whole house back on the sky's schedule.

Skylight

- Sky Portal 2.1 $261.00
-
Nightshades
$110.00
What's included:
Skylight
The full-strength red and near-infrared, in a handheld about the size of a brick. It supports recovery after exercise, and the output is high enough that a session takes minutes rather than a half hour parked in front of a panel. Use it after training, or before, on the areas that take the most punishment.
Sky Portal 2.1
Almost every training setup covers the recovery side and misses the daylight side entirely. Bright, sun-like light while you work is what anchors the rhythm your sleep and your daytime alertness both run on. Keep it on through the working day, then blend it amber in the evening.
Nightshades
You can train perfectly and still hand the whole night back to your lamps. Nightshades cut the light that keeps you wired, so the evening reads as an evening. On for the last hour or two before bed.
Why it works together
Most people put everything into the recovery half and stop there. The Ironforge does that job as well as anything made, but the daylight and the sleep are where it compounds, and that is the part almost every setup skips. Sky Portal gives your body a clear daytime signal and Nightshades give it an equally clear night one, so the hours around training start supporting the work instead of undoing it. Train hard, then let the light do the quiet half.
