The Ironforge Mini shines in portability. It's about 1/4 the size and power of the Ironforge, delivering the same wavelengths at similar intensities. 

The Mini is more portable to keep your schedule consistent, but with less total power. 

How long will it take to see results?

Is red light therapy proven to work?

Thousands of peer-reviewed studies have investigated red and near-infrared light across a wide range of applications. The Ironforge is engineered around the wavelengths and irradiance levels studied in that research, and is designed to deliver them efficiently in short sessions.

There is a lot of evidence that red light works over an enormous rage of exposure levels.

Can I use it on my face, joints, or sensitive areas?

Yes. The Ironforge is designed for targeted use across the body. You can use it on your knees, back, neck, or shoulders. 

For use on the face and other sensitive areas, increase distance and reduce duration. Close your eyes and never look or gaze into the device.

Be aware of heat buildup on the skin. Always listen to your body and discontinue use if you become uncomfortable.

Do I need to use the Ironforge on bare skin?

For best results, red and near-infrared light should reach the skin directly. 

Using the Ironforge on clean, bare skin maximizes what your body absorbs. 

Through a loose cotton shirt about 40-60% of the light still reaches your body.

Will this replace my physical therapy, massage, or clinic visits?

The Ironforge is not a medical device and is not a replacement for professional care.

Many of our customers use it alongside their existing wellness routines like workouts, stretching, and massages as an additional tool in their daily practice.

How to Use The Ironforge

A Worthwhile Investment

"I purchased one of the Iron Forge units hoping that it would help pain in my hip. I opted for the Chroma brand since its specifications seemingly indicated it would penetrate deeper into the tissue. When i get a massage the hip cramps and much to my surprise the hip had the same reaction to the red light. Though it would sound like a negative comment , I view this as a positive sign that the lights impacting the tissues involved. I do still wonder if a laser would have lead to additional benefits reaching further into the tissues but, I'm happy with this unit! While the pain is still ongoing I found that the unit has helped my mood of all things. Who would have thought that red light would have been such a needle mover in mood elevation. While I find it impactful for my hip the benefit's for mood have blown my mind. My daughter is using it for her sore knees and I'm sorry I waited this long to purchase one."
