Log into your account, shop Chroma, and apply your points using the “Rewards” dropdown at checkout.
First, log in to your account. Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Points will not expire, feel free to take your time.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday. The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
