What's included:

Trinity

Trinity

Trinity is the daytime end of the same system. It delivers the full sunlight spectrum, red and near-infrared through violet and cyan, in the middle of the day, which is when your body is deciding what time it is. Run it in the morning or around midday, never at night.

Red Portal

Red Portal

Deep red and near-infrared do not disturb melatonin, which makes them the one light that is genuinely safe to keep on after dark. Bounce it off a wall, turn it right down, and you have a room you can still live in at night. Use it from sundown onward as your evening light, no session and no timer.

Nightshades

Nightshades

Our bedroom lights are still insisting it is the middle of the afternoon. Nightshades take the blue and green back out of the evening, in frames that look like normal glasses. Put them on one to three hours before bed and leave them on through whatever you are doing.

Why it works together

Sleep is set by a contrast more than a bedtime, because your body is comparing the brightest thing it saw today against the dimmest thing it sees tonight. Indoor life flattens both ends of that, dim days and bright nights, until there is barely a difference left to read. Trinity makes the day end brighter, and the Nightshades and Red Portal let the night end get properly dark. None of it sedates you; all it does is hand back the difference.
