How do I use my Chromatorch?
1. Read User Guide – Please read this guide, especially the safety information, before use.
2. Unpack Your Chromatorch: Remove the Light Device from the case. Locate and install the provided battery by unscrewing the bottom of the device to open up the battery chamber. Please ensure the positive side (+) of the battery, marked with a black strip goes into the device first.
3. Switch It On: Push the power button ON. Note: Do not stare into the LEDs when turning on.
4. Distance and Duration: The Chromatorch can be used directly at the faceplate or up to ~6” over a treatment area for targeted therapy. For broader coverage and lower intensity, increase the distance and adjust the duration accordingly.
5. Charging: Locate and open the charging port cover, use a USB-C Cable to charge your device when not in use.
How long will it take to see results?
The timeline for seeing results from red light therapy (RLT) can vary depending on the individual's condition, the specific treatment goals, and the device used. Is Chromatorch safe for daily use?

Do I need to use it on bare skin?
Yes. For optimal results, red and near-infrared light should reach the skin without interference. Using the Chromatorch directly on clean, bare skin maximizes absorption and effectiveness. For those more private areas of the body enjoy the comfort of using this in your own home.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I use my Chromatorch worldwide?
Yes! Your Chromatorch simply requires a USB-C charger to maintain the battery and is compatible with both 110/120 and 220/240 V, (adapter not included).
Some LEDs are not lit up, is my device broken?
Rest assured the device is working properly.
Wavelengths beyond about 700 nanometers are invisible to the human eye, it's normal to not see any light from the LEDs in this range.
This is by design as near infrared (NIR) light is the frequency range that penetrates deepest into the tissue to do their job.
When looking at the faceplate of the Chromatorch only 6 of LEDs should be glowing red, the rest are emitting NIR.
