Can I pick a different style for each pair of glasses?

Yes. Choose a style for each pair on this page before adding to cart. Mix and match, or get two of the same.

How does the 25% off work with bundles?

It’s already in the price. Every paid item is 25% off, the same as the rest of the store, and the free gifts are on top of that. No code needed.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days and shipping is free for US orders over $350. Ordering a gift? Order with standard shipping by 12/13, or expedited shipping by 12/20 for delivery before Christmas.

Can I pay over time or use FSA/HSA funds?

Yes. Split your bundle into interest-free payments with Shop Pay at checkout. To use FSA or HSA funds, select TrueMed at checkout.

If I give a bundle as a gift, is it still covered?

Yes. When you give a Chroma product as a gift, its 5-year warranty and 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee pass to your recipient. Coverage doesn’t restart with the handoff: the warranty runs from your original purchase date, and the 100 days start from the day your order was delivered. Your recipient will need the order number or your name and email, and we may ask you to confirm the order. Refunds go to the original payment method. With your OK, your recipient can get Chroma store credit in their own name instead.

Can I return one item from a bundle?

Yes, you can return individual items on their own. Eligible items are covered by our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. Contact our team within that window and we’ll help with your return, whether it’s one item or the full bundle. If a gift recipient is making the return, they just need the order number or your name and email.

What if I’m gifting outside the US, or something arrives damaged?

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or anywhere outside the contiguous US and Canada follow our international terms: return shipping is deducted from the refund, and any customs duties or import fees on the return are the sender’s to cover. Warranty claims abroad are handled by local repair where available, or with a replacement shipped to your recipient’s region. For orders delivered between November 15 and December 31, 2026, you have until January 31, 2027 to report anything that arrived damaged or defective.
